Details

El Rio Trail is 2.5 miles in size. The El Rio Trail is located from the north at Congress Avenue and the northern Boca Raton city limits (right before crossing the Gulfstream Canal into the city of Delray Beach) down to the south ending at Glades Road running just east of the Florida Atlantic University property. The trail is approximately 5 miles from end to end.

There is metered parking at FAU in the Visitors/Yellow lots. And as this trail provides extra mobility for FAU, PB State and the business community in the Yamato Road area, there is also free parking at the Yamato Rd. Tri-Rail station.

Access to T-Rex Trail

You can access the T-Rex trail from the Yamato Road Tri-Rail station adjacent to the El Rio Trail.

The T-Rex Trail goes from the Yamato Road Tri-Rail station, along Technology Way, under Spanish River Blvd, to Countess DeHoernle Park.
