Ben Herrera has been part of the Plan Review, Inspections, and Building Code Administration Team since June 2006 as a Building Inspector III for structural and mechanical. Ben brings over 18 years of experience in his field to the City, since he Graduated as a Mechanical - Structural Engineer back in 1998. Ben is a State of Florida Licensed Structural Plans Examiner, Mechanical Plans Examiner, Structural Inspector, Mechanical Inspector, Building Code Administrator, and he is eligible to take the State of Florida Board of Professional Engineer’s tests to opt for the Professional Engineer License.
