Richard Marshall

Richard Marshall brings over 40 years of experience and expertise in the electrical field to the City of Boca Raton. He has been a master and state licensed electrical contractor since 1985 in Florida’s construction industry. Richard takes great pride in his new position as an Electrical Inspector and plans reviewer. He also holds a Connecticut state electrical contractor’s license.
