Records Manager Rita Panchoo began her career with the Boca Raton Police Services Department in 2001 as the Accreditation Manager. Ms. Panchoo successfully facilitated many accreditation assessments for the Boca Raton Police Department, at a national and state level. She has served as an accreditation assessor conducting assessments for many other agencies.
In 2011, Ms. Panchoo was promoted to the Records Section as the Records Manager and currently supervises the two units that make up the Records Section.
Ms. Panchoo has a degree from the University of West Indies in Early Childhood Education and has an interest in Criminal Justice and Psychology. She is certified as Records Manager, by the Florida Records Management Association.
Ms. Panchoo was recognized several times by the department to include employee of the month, administrative excellence. She also received unit citations for both the Accreditation Office and Records Section.
