    *The hearing is rescheduled from July 25, 2018. Special Magistrates conduct hearings related to enforcement of various fire, building, zoning, sign and other codes of the City, in order to protect and improve the health, safety and welfare of the citizenry. Special Magistrates also hear appeals of parking fines.

  4. Education Task Force

    August 23, 2018, 6:00 PM - 7:00 PM @ Boca Raton Community Center Annex

    The Education Task Force reviews the status of City public school facility capacity, construction and renovation and reports their findings and recommendations to the City Council. The Task Force is comprised of seven (7) members who are City residents, at least three (3) of whom have children attending public school, grades K-12, in the City.

    The Planning and Zoning Board monitors and oversees the effectiveness of the Comprehensive Plan. The Board holds public hearings twice monthly to hear all matters pertaining to development within the City and makes recommendations to the City Council.
