    Born in Mexico City, Ana Hentze has been a resident of Florida since 1998. She has a bachelor’s degree in architecture and is an avid designer for commercial architecture. She creates art using batik, oil on paper, watercolor, acrylic, mixed media, and textiles. Her themes include wildlife, flowers, the ocean and magical creatures. Vibrant colors create a link to her native culture of Mexico. This free exhibit is open during regular library hours.

  2. Discover Opera: The Miracle of Mozart and the Marriage of Figaro

    In this second installment of the Discover Opera series, you will learn about the miracle of Mozart and his seminal work, "The Marriage of Figaro." Mozart said, "It's the best opera yet written, and only I could have written it!" This series is presented by Dr. Ken Keaton, director of the undergraduate honors program for the Department of Music at Florida Atlantic University. He teaches music history, classical guitar and chamber music.
