  1. The Ancient Spanish Monastery

    January 17, 2018, 8:30 AM - 1:45 PM @ Patch Reef Park Community Center

Join us on an entertaining and educational guided and narrated tour of the beautiful Ancient Spanish Monastery in North Miami Beach. In 1953, TIME magazine called it the "biggest jigsaw puzzle in history" due to the structure's dismantling in Spain in 1925 and re-building years later in South Florida. Following our tour, we will take time to peruse through the gift shop where you may purchase something to commemorate your trip if you choose. We will then embark to Greynolds Park where we will enjoy the natural surrounds and a boxed lunch at one of their gazebos. The trip includes light refreshments at the community center prior to departure, a narrated tour of the Ancient Spanish Monastery, a boxed lunch, and round trip motor coach transportation to and from Patch Reef Park. Please arrive at Patch Reef Park for check-in by 8:00am. Pre-registration is required.
