What should I do if my sewer starts to back up?
Locate your clean out cap which is usually a 3" round cap in the ground approximately 5 feet from your master bathroom. With gloved hands, unscrew the cap. This will release the pressure and prevent the backup from entering your house. During regular business hours (Monday - Friday from 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.), call 561-338-7339, after business hours and holidays call 561-338-7335.
