Lieutenant Seth Dubinsky began his career with the Florida Highway Patrol in 2003 while serving in the Florida Army National Guard as an air defense artillery crewmember. In 2011, Lieutenant Dubinsky joined the Boca Raton Police Services Department where he served as a midnight shift officer on road patrol. Lieutenant Dubinsky was assigned in 2016 as an Investigator to the Major Crimes Unit. Lieutenant Dubinsky promoted to the rank of Sergeant in 2017 and supervised night shift road patrol. In 2018 he was assigned to Special Operations Section where he supervised the Marine/Canine/DUI unit.
Lieutenant Dubinsky is the CISM team coordinator and the Assistant Team Commander of the Unmanned Aircraft Systems. Lieutenant Dubinsky was promoted to his current position in 2020, serving as the Bravo Odd shift watch commander.
Lieutenant Dubinsky holds a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from the University of Central Florida and a Master of Public Administration from Florida International University. He is a graduate of the FBI LEEDA Trilogy and FDLE’s Florida Leadership Academy.
