City Celebrates Arbor Day with Tree Planting Event

The City is hosting its Annual Arbor Day event at Patch Reef Park on Friday, Nov. 3 at 10am. Students from Grandview Preparatory School will assist in planting 15 slash pines. Mayor Susan Haynie will be accepting the Tree City USA award for 2017, the 38th consecutive year. More info...

Irena Championship Titles

Boca Raton Firefighter Wins 4 Titles

Please join us in congratulating Boca Raton firefighter/paramedic Irena Elmstrom and her teammates for placing 1st in three different Firefighter Combat Challenges in the US National Championship held in Texas last month. Irena and her teammates then went on to win 2nd place in the World Championship competition in Louisville, KY!
