In conjunction with the reopening plans for Phase 2 in Palm Beach County, the City of Boca Raton has begun a tiered reopening of several recreational facilities on Tuesday, September 8, 2020. The following recreational facilities will be open to the public with some modified hours of operation and limited programs. Residents and visitors are still encouraged to complete transactions online and schedule virtual meetings when possible. Facial coverings are required in all City facilities.

*Other parks not listed on the table below remain closed. * Group exercising and fitness classes in parks are prohibited. Athletic fields are open for open play usage & approved/permitted organized team sports with a maximum of 50 people per field (including sidelines).

Singles, Doubles, Private Lessons (4:1) and family lessons only (No spectators will be allowed). Reservations will only be accepted (no walk ups) beginning at 10am on Monday, May 11 to reserve and pay for courts for the following day. Face coverings must be worn inside at all times. Bring your own tennis racquet, hand sanitizer, water, ice and towel. Do not arrive more than 10 minutes before reservation time. More info...
The Boardwalk will be open 7:30 am – sunset. The Boardwalk will be accessible from the Red Reef West parking lot only. Parking fees apply. Restrooms are available at the golf course. Gumbo Limbo Nature Center, north trails, and parking lots remain closed.
Sidewalks, walking areas, tennis courts for singles & doubles play (No spectators will be allowed at this time) and basketball courts for open play. Athletic fields are open (Groups with City permits only Mon-Sat 8pm-11pm). Exercise equipment and playgrounds open as of 8/28/20.
