Mizner Park Amphitheater does NOT have a permanent box office. A temporary box office will be set up by the promoter in front of the venue, the day of the event for ticket sales and will call starting after 3:00 PM.
Outside food, beverage, chairs, and pets are not permitted

Any ticket order that was chosen as "print at home" as the method of delivery, those tickets MUST be printed out on paper.
Tickets purchased through TicketMaster: print out tickets on the webpage that is maintained by TicketMaster
Mobile ticketing allowed, must be done through the Live Nation App or the TicketMaster App.

Reprints, if the box office can verify all the data, incur a $20 fee.
