City to Kick-Off Monthly Food Truck Fridays at Various Municipal Parks

Food Truck Fridays - Feb 3, Mar 3, Apr 7 and May 5

BOCA RATON, FLORIDA (January 20, 2023) – Enjoy a variety of food trucks with sweet and savory dishes, lawn games and live musical performances at the City of Boca Raton’s Food Truck Friday events, the first Friday of each month starting February 3 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Wildflower Park, 551 E Palmetto Park Road.  The series will continue monthly through May at various parks.

“Food Truck Fridays are back by popular demand, giving the community the opportunity to take a mid-day break, grab a bite and enjoy all our beautiful parks have to offer,” said Amy DiNorscio, Amphitheater & Community Events Manager.

This year’s first Food Truck Friday will kick off on February 3rd at Boca Raton’s newest park, Wildflower Park.  The recently renovated, multi-million-dollar 2.3-acre park fronts the Intracoastal Waterway near the downtown district.  Parking is limited.

Enjoy music by DJ Ryan Pehr and choose among several delicious food options including Heavenly Churros, serving up the sweet and popular Spanish treat; Tacos Veracruz, featuring handcrafted tacos with the best meats and freshest vegetables; That’s My Dog, home of the “loaded” hot dog; Uptown Deli, offering delectable subs and sandwiches and Tikiz Shaved Ice with a variety of fruity flavors.

Food Truck Fridays will continue from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. on March 3 at Patch Reef Park (2000 Yamato Road); April 7 at Sugar Sand Park (300 S. Military Trail) and May 5 at Lake Wyman Park (1500 NE 5th Avenue).

The City of Boca Raton boasts 5 miles of gorgeous beaches, 47 parks, and 1,650 acres of recreational space, attracting residents and visitors year-round.
