"Midtown" Small Area Plan- Public Visioning Session

The City of Boca Raton is inviting residents and interested parties to its first visioning session for the Midtown Small Area Plan.

City staff, along with consultants from Community Marine & Water Resource Planning & LARCH Design Plus, have begun the process of creating a vision for the Midtown are called a “Small Area Plan.”

Attendees are encouraged to share their vision for the opportunities and challenges of this area.The City’s consultant will give a brief presentation and lead the visioning session.

Ultimately, the small area plan will include:
• Mix of uses
• Mobility
• Conceptual ideas for local transit and Military Trail
• Non-mobility infrastructure services
• Timing & phasing
• Funding methods
• Urban Design concepts including open space & parking
• Analysis and recommendations

One or more member of the Boca Raton City Council may be present at this meeting.
