The City of Boca Raton adopted a Transportation Demand Management (TDM) Ordinance in 2002. The goal of this ordinance is to reduce peak period traffic and to reduce single occupancy vehicle trips by requiring downtown businesses which employ more than 50 employees, residential developments with more than 30 units, or mixed-use/planned mobility developments to implement a TDM plan. The TDM plan includes strategies to manage transportation such as flex time, compressed work weeks, telecommuting, carpooling and vanpooling, use of transit, walking and bike riding. More Information
New TDM Application/Annual Report Forms
There are no longer separate forms for TDM Applications and Annual Reports. All TDM forms have been consolidated into one form, the TDM Form.
This does not change the TDM reporting requirements; properties subject to TDM conditions must still submit an initial TDM Application when the property is developed/redeveloped and then provide a TDM Annual Report every year.
If you already have a TDM Application on file and there have been no changes to the site, you do not need to resubmit your TDM Application under the new form.
You can access the fillable/printable PDF TDM Form below.
