Tropical Storm Nicole

UPDATED: November 11, 2022, at 8am

City crews have been out since yesterday morning assessing any potential damage and checking for debris due to Hurricane Nicole.  

Be aware of any hazards that may still exist in the wake of Hurricane Nicole such as rip currents and any standing water. Stay safe and use caution while driving.

City Facilities & Services


In the event of downed trees, or any other service requests in the aftermath of Hurricane Nicole, please submit your request through our Report A Concern feature on our website or MyBoca app.   

Facilities, Beaches & Parks

All City facilities, beaches and parks are now OPEN Friday, Nov. 11, 2022. However, City offices are closed in observance of the Veterans Day holiday. See amended recreation park and facilities hours.

*The Veterans Day Ceremony and Concert will still take place on Friday, Nov. 11 starting at 11am at the Mizner Park Amphitheater.

Sanitation Services

City sanitation services resumes today, Nov. 11 and tomorrow, Nov. 12, 2022. Rescheduled service will resume as follows:

City Meetings

Due the circumstances of the storm, the Planning and Zoning Board meeting scheduled for Thursday, Nov. 17, 2022 has been CANCELED. The next meeting is scheduled for Dec. 15, 2022.
