On Sunday evening, April 14, 1996, Boca Raton Police officers received a call stating a man had just discovered a deceased female in her home at 3140 NE 5th Avenue. When officers arrived they found 32 year old Julie Wills dead in her kitchen.
The call came in to the Boca Raton Police on July 18, 2003. The landlord of the property at 665 E Jeffrey Street called to report a foul odor coming from the front area of the house. The landlord investigated and discovered a sealed garbage bag concealed behind the front bushes, under some debris.
In the early evening of Friday, November 25, 1983, 2 hunters discovered the skeletal remains of a human body in a fenced field on the west side of the road at 7701 Congress Avenue.
On Monday, December 28, 1981 Boca Raton resident Chuck Deane left Bacchus, a club frequented by homosexuals in Fort Lauderdale. He told a friend he was tired and going home. Deane, 28, left the club alone in his 1976 blue Cadillac Eldorado with Florida tag VHS517.
Shortly before midnight on December 12, 2007, a security guard at the Town Center Mall in Boca Raton, FL. noticed a black 2007 Chrysler Aspen with the engine running, parked in the lot on the south side of the Sears department store. He called the Boca Raton Police Services Communications Center on a non-emergency line and asked for an officer to check it out.
On Wednesday, December 13, 2006, at about 7:20 p.m., Joanna Lewandowska had just arrived from Poland. She had flown in to Miami International Airport and was supposed to be picked up by her friend, Bohdan Gajewski, whom she was planning on staying with for the next few weeks.
