Welcome to the Employee Service Center Portal

The City is excited to announce the launch of the new Human Capital Management (HCM) system with Oracle. The new system has many new features that will enhance existing employee self-services including a new virtual HR Help Desk.

To access the Employee Service Center, click here.

NOTE: Employees will need to use their City User ID (email) and password to access the portal. In order to provide a more secure environment for accessing your City Office 365 products (e-mail, SharePoint, etc.) we are encouraging users to access their accounts utilizing the privacy tabs within your browser.

To utilize the privacy tabs please follow these steps:

  • With your preferred browser already open, click on the menu icon.
  • For FireFox, click on the menu icon (hamburger menu)
  • For Chrome, click on the vertical three dots menu (ellipsis)
  • For Microsoft Edge, click on the horizontal three dots menu (ellipsis)
  • For Safari browser, click on the File menu.

From the menu:

  • For FireFox and Safari, select New Private Window
  • For Chrome, select New Incognito window
  • For Microsoft Edge, select New InPrivate window

Once you have the window open, you can then navigate to your e-mail, or SharePoint site as you normally would.
