Coordinated by the City's Recreation Services Department, additional support comes from many community groups, businesses, and volunteers.

Saturday, March 20 BOATING / BEACH BASH EXTRAVAGANZA
Annual boating and beach event for people with disabilities, their families and caregivers; several support groups, including Shake-A-Leg Miami, provide boat rides and other fun experiences. Free food and drink, along with on-going live music. It's a fun time organized by the City of Boca Raton's Advisory Board for People with Disabilities. Beach wheelchairs available.

Saturday, March 20 EL RIO SHARED-USE TRAIL GRAND OPENING
Ribbon-cutting ceremony to open the recently-completed one-mile long section of El-Rio Shared-Use Trail. This 3rd phase of the City's "linear park," located between Yamato Road north to the L-40 Canal, is exclusively for the use of cyclists, skaters, and pedestrians. Following the ribbon-cutting, refreshments will be served and trail rides will be available.
