Reporting Period: October 1 - December 31, 2009

During this reporting period no formal action was taken. In-house staff have reviewed the procurement requirements of the granting agency in conjuction with the City's procurement policies.

A spreadsheet of potential vehicle replacements will be prepared for review and discussion during the next quarter.
